We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Rotational Nanny to an UHNW Family to care for two newborns and two older girls, ages 4 and 5, in West Hollywood, CA. This role is in collaboration with a team of nannies and a full in-house staff. The ideal candidate is someone who is a team-player, enthusiastic about working with children, and is looking for a long-term role. This position is set to start in December.
Requirements:
- Must be local to the Los Angeles area.
- Previous nanny or childcare experience with toddlers and young children.
- Ability to manage a structured routine and adapt to the needs of the children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player mentality.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Must pass a background check and provide references.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to the two girls.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, both educational and recreational.
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children.
- Assist with bath and bedtime routines.
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for the children.
- Communicate regularly with parents about the children’s daily activities and any concerns.
Schedule:
- Position will trial in November, with the goal of officially starting in December
- Weekdays: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Weekends: 7:00 am – 9:00 pm
- Rotational schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off
Compensation:
- $55/hr + overtime ($82.50/hr)
- Benefits are negotiable after a trial period
