A loving family in Gloucester Mass is looking for a live out nanny with Montessori experience – the nanny will be provided with offsite housing accommodations if needed. The family has a 2.5 year old, a 8 month old.
The nanny will be responsible for diaper changing, meal prep, baby laundry, working on developmental milestones, curating a classroom like atmosphere in the play area for learning, walks in stroller, nap time, keeping baby on schedule, helping to support mom who is still breastfeeding, and working well with other staff. The mom is very hands on, and fully believes in attachment parenting.
The nanny should be able to care for both kids, it won’t be both kids at the same time (there are other nanny’s and mom is around). Flexibility to pick up more hours and travel with the family.
The hours are Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday and are a 40 hour work week. Paid holidays, paid vacation, and health insurance are being offered.
