We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Nanny to provide exceptional care for two children, aged 8 months and 2 years, within a high-net-worth (UHNW) household. The position is based primarily in Fort Lauderdale, with travel to the Hamptons or Aspen, CO during summers and a few weeks in Aspen, CO during the winter. The ideal candidate should be flexible, reliable, and able to work well with other nannies as part of a fully staffed household. The parents work from home, and the nanny will be responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for the children.

Responsibilities:

Childcare: Provide exceptional and personalized care for two children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
Daily Activities: Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, educational games, outings, and creative projects.
Hygiene and Routine: Establish and maintain a consistent daily routine, including bath time, dressing, nap times, and bedtime routines.
Educational Support: Foster the children’s intellectual growth by encouraging learning through play, reading, and age-appropriate educational activities.
Emotional Support: Create a warm and nurturing environment, offering emotional support and understanding to the children.
Transportation: Safely transport the children to and from various activities, appointments, and playdates.
Collaborative Work: Coordinate and work closely with other nannies and household staff to ensure a harmonious and efficient household operation.
Light Household Tasks: Assist with light household duties related to the children, such as tidying up play areas, doing the children’s laundry, and organizing their belongings.
Travel: Accompany the family during travel periods, providing live-in care and support while adapting to different environments and schedules.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a nanny within UHNW households or high-profile families.
Proven experience caring for infants and toddlers.
Ability to follow specific instructions, schedules, and guidelines provided by the parents.
Flexibility to work rotational schedules and adapt to changing needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Physical stamina and energy to meet the demands of the job.
Respect for privacy and maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Schedule: Rotational Schedule – Option 1: 7 days on, 12-13 hour days, and 7 days off; Option 2: Monday to Friday, and another shift on Friday to Sunday

Type: Live-out position, but live-in while traveling

Salary: Depending on Experience (DOE), $80,000 – $100,000 per annum
