A lovely family in Dublin are looking for a kind and caring nanny to look after their 4 year old son. This role is Monday – Friday, 11.30 am – 5.30 pm with ad hoc babysitting. Their son has a language delay and is currently undergoing assessment for autism. A nanny who has experience with this or additional needs is really important to the family as they would like to work as a team, and the nanny to be involved with helping their son by planning activities based on his assessments and to support his development. A nanny who is patient is a must, they will need to listen and learn with how he currently communicates and help him when he gets frustrated. He attends a Montessori Nursery just 5 mins away, you will need to collect him at 12 pm and after he loves going to the local playground for an hour to play before lunch. In the afternoon he attends messy play on a Wednesday, he also attends a horse riding class but mum likes to take him to this class so you can use this time to catch up on some nanny duties or if everything is up to date take the time to relax with a coffee! He loves being social and being with his friends, being outdoors, swimming, music, community events and being outdoors so would like the nanny to plan fun and happy afternoons based around these interests. A driver isn’t a must, but it would be a bonus. This role is to start in February but they would like the nanny to start mid January to do a handover with the current nanny.

Pay: 27,300 Euro gross per annum/ £23,902 gross per annum
