We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Rota Nanny to provide exceptional childcare support to two children (B4 and G1) for a high-profile family based in Dubai, UAE.
The Rota Nanny will work on a rotational schedule, sharing responsibilities with another nanny to ensure 24/7 coverage for the family’s children. The mother is very hands-on, and resides at the property, so it is a shared caring role.
The eldest child is at school.

Provide comprehensive childcare support on a rotational basis, collaborating with another nanny to ensure consistent coverage
Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for the children
Create a structured daily routine that includes age-appropriate activities, educational play, and outdoor excursions
Foster the children’s intellectual, emotional, and physical development through engaging and educational activities
Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and ensuring the children’s hygiene needs are met
Oversee and assist with homework assignments, school projects, and extracurricular activities
Accompany the children on outings, appointments, and social engagements as required
Develop a strong rapport with the children, establishing a nurturing and trustworthy relationship
Coordinate and collaborate with other household staff, including housekeepers and drivers, to ensure seamless operations
Monitor the children’s health and well-being, promptly addressing any concerns or issues and communicating with parents or guardians
Maintain accurate records of the children’s daily activities, including meals, sleep patterns, and developmental milestones
Assist with light household duties related to the children, such as organising toys, tidying play areas, and laundry
Respect and always uphold the family’s privacy and confidentiality
Stay updated on best practices in childcare and incorporate them into daily routines
Travel with the family domestically and internationally as required
Candidates must be/have:
Previous experience as a Rota Nanny or in a similar role, preferably working with high-profile families or in a luxury setting
Extensive knowledge and understanding of child development, age-appropriate activities, and childcare best practices
Qualifications in childcare, such as Norland Nanny or Chiltern trained, would be a plus
Flexible and experienced with travel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children of different ages
Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and remain calm in high-pressure situations
Respectful, discreet, and professional demeanour with the ability to maintain confidentiality
High level of energy, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred
Must be legally eligible to work in Dubai, UAE
A separate apartment – with ensuite bedroom – will be provided (shared with other staff members).
3 weeks on, 3 weeks off. Return flights home will be provided to the nanny.
