Private family seeks a nurturing, passionate, and responsible Nanny to care for three (3) school-aged children out of their primary residence in Dallas, TX. This full-time, LIVE-OUT, with a rotational schedule, 7-days on 7-days off, approximately 10 hour days. This role entails traveing occasionally to various locations for short periods of time. The most successful candidate will ample of experience managing busy and ever changing children’s schedules, coordinating playdates, activities, and sports whilst also assist all three children with school homework, tutoring, and projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting in the daily care, nurturing, feeding, and supervision of three children
Supervising homework and school projects for the two oldest children
Coordinating child’s daily activities; providing/supervising transportation both to and from lessons, appointments, and extracurricular activities, etc.
Must strive to create a fun and supportive environment for the home, as well as nurturing and trusting relationships with the children
Provide a safe and clean environment for children; tidying up after the child, organizing rooms and play areas
Laundry duties for the child as needed including organization, hand washing, dry cleaning etc.
Travel with the family to additional residences and on vacations as needed
Additional Nanny / Governess responsibilities and duties as needed and requested by the principals
Requirements:
Strong command of English language; superior communication skills both written and verbal
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University/College in Early Childhood Education a HUGE PLUS
Minimum 4+ years of related experience working in a similar role for an UHNW family
Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; excellent judgmental and multitask management skills
Flexibility in scheduling with the willingness to work additional hours as needed
Knowledge of general First Aid and certification in CPR
Essential swimming skills required
Valid Driver’s License required; confident driver with a clean driving record
Valid US Passport, willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Legally able to work in the United States
