Both parents have busy work schedules—Mom works full-time in an office from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, while Dad works from home a few days a week and travels overnight on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The nanny would need to arrive at 7:00 AM when Mom leaves for work and stay until 5:00 PM when she returns home. The schedule is semi-flexible and guarantees 30 hours a week, with care needed from Monday through Wednesday.
