We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Tutor/Nanny for 3 children (7, 9, & 11 years) in Carmel, Indiana. The family is laid back and have a small dog. This role requires a lot of flexibility as there is no set schedule – you’ll be given your schedule a week in advance. A typical week might be 3 week nights and a couple of hours on the weekends (15-20hrs/week). Although the hours are part-time, you will be paid a full-time salary. The trade off is the flexibility in schedule changes (typically a few days’ notice). This role is primarily a teacher/tutor position. All of the kids go to school full-time but have ADHD and will need assistance in focusing on homework. The ideal candidate has a teaching background/certificate, speaks a foreign language, is a self-starter, doesn’t need a lot of direction, and is fun, but firm with children. Must possess a valid passport and willing to travel with the family.
