High profile family is seeking a live-out Nanny with a background in BCBA in Boca Raton, FL. The job responsibilities include, but not limited to; provide guidance and support to help the child develop positive behaviors, promote healthy communication and interpersonal relationships, and work with the family and friends to create a safe and positive learning environment mainly for the 8-year-old and on occasion 10 and 4-year-old. Other responsibilities include; observe and analyze child’s behavior to identify issues that need to be addressed, document progress, work closely with family and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies while providing guidance, help child build a strong foundation of mental and emotional resilience to manage stress, provide consistent expectations and consequences, help child understand the value of hard work and goalsetting, provide educational and therapeutic sessions involving child and family, etc. Requirements: Certifications or degree in BCBA. Monday – Friday 40 hours per week with flexibility in schedule. Salary DOE + Benefits package.
