The rota nanny must have an impeccable CV with excellent references. The family are looking for someone who is kind, caring and well educated. Education is important and someone who can organise a well structured day. Currently the boys are going to nursery in the mornings, walking distance from the home.
1 week on/off ROTA schedule. Excellent compensation.
