We are looking for a 4 day a week sole charge Norland trained Nanny to help a lovely family. The family currently employ a fantastic weekend nanny who is with them Friday and Saturday, so are looking for a Monday – Thursday cover ideally (though for the right candidate could be flexible with Monday – Friday and would consider sharing cover on Fridays in order to take the youngest to swimming and other classes) Mum and Dad run a busy business nearby and the role is sole charge .The family also employ a nanny on Friday and Saturday and a housekeeper four days a week
The eldest son is at nursery 3 days and will start school after the summer holidays. Parents drop off from 8.30am most days and he would need collecting from school ( 15 mins away) so most of the day would be caring for the younger two children who are at home. (middle child due to begin 1-2 days at nursery in the New Year. )
It is important to Mum and Dad that the children eat healthy food, enjoy the outdoors and they encourage a firm but fair approach to discipline. All the children are in excellent routines and sleep well, with a busy schedule of activities we are looking to continue with, whilst evolving age appropriately.
Accommodation: Nanny bedroom, small private sitting room and private bathroom available

General duties:
• All childcare duties for the 3 children sole charge
• Family cooking- simple family food
• Running the household and keeping everyone organised –

Candidate requirements:
• Must be a great communicator and capable of running the home
• Must be a confident driver ( Car can be provided)
• Norland background
• Happy, kind and relaxed personality who will make the role their own
