Private family in Avalon, NJ is looking to hire an experienced baby sleep specialist with extensive training to take the lead and train their 8 month old baby to go down in his crib easily and stay asleep through the night. He currently goes down at 7pm and wakes between 4-7am and wakes multiple times. Mom does not want to use cry it out method.
