Open and communicative first-time parents who split their time between Austin, Telluride, and Tuscon are seeking an infant-savvy rotational nanny team to join them in caring for their 4-month-old!
Location: Austin, TX
Ages of children: 4 months old
Start date/Contract dates: As soon as they find the right fit!
Schedule: Full-time rotational schedule of 14 on/14 off. While the family will ask 24/7 on-call availability, the candidate can regularly anticipate a 10-16 hour workday during on weeks.
Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to an annualized base compensation of $110k/year dependent on candidate experience. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
Benefits: The family is open to providing benefits including health insurance and/or a health insurance stipend, a vehicle for professional use, and relocation assistance based on candidate need and the full benefits package.
Live-in/Live-out: Live-in while on duty. A private bedroom and bathroom will be provided in all locations. The family may consider a candidate who would fly in and out for their work weeks.
