An on-the-go, family of 4 in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a ROTA nanny to join their current team. The family has a toddler and preschooler, so stamina is a must! Ideal candidate is someone with at least 5 years of nanny experience, is warm, loving, patient, and enjoys being adventurous outside! They are looking for someone who helps their girls blossom into curious, caring, respectful children and also helps develop their curiosity and nurture their emotional growth. High integrity and respectfulness is a must as a role model to the children! The nanny should also be intuitive and respectful of the parents’ time with their daughters throughout the day. The family splits their time between Northwest Arkansas, Colorado, New York and Texas, so supporting the family in travel is a must. The nanny will be asked to travel with the family and also to stay behind while the parents travel. The nanny will be required to work around the clock for the two weeks that they are on. Live in is required while on shift. This position requires someone who is a team player and works well with others!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: childcare for two girls, planning and preparing fresh and healthy snacks, assisting with hygiene and dressing, including bath, diapers, potty training, etc, coordinating age appropriate activities (zoo/museum visits, story time, swim lessons, etc.), light housekeeping including laundry, tidying, clean up after meals for children only, fostering independent play-time, live-in/overnights at home and with travel, driving children to and from activities as needed.
This is a rotational schedule, averaging two weeks on and two weeks off, spending the night during the work shift. When traveling with the family, they will provide accommodations. Flexibility is key as their travel plans sometimes change. Requirements include: a valid driver’s license and passport, non-smoker, college degree (preferred), Montessori experience (preferred), current infant/child CPR and first-aid, COVID Vax (and Tdap, MMR, Flu), and comfortable with dog/animals. Pay is $110,000-$125,000 DOE based on a daily rate, with full benefits package, and 401(k) plan
