Family in Abu Dhabi are searching for a long term nanny for their little boy, aged 1 year.
This is a role for an experienced nanny or child carer, who also has a background in nursing, community nursing or SCBU etc.
The little boy has suffered from a stroke several months ago, and although he is now doing very well, will need a nanny who can administer his medication. He is reaching his milestones and has a fun and active social life, and the nanny will do all of the usual things that they would do with a baby/toddler at this age. He has physical therapy, amongst other things.
You must be fun, sociable, kind and enthusiastic. You must also be looking for a long term role – ideally a minimum of 3 years.
You will have an assistant nanny on hand to help with laundry, meal prep etc, and a fully staffed home, including a driver, so you do not need to drive. Purely nanny duties to a high professional standard.
Mum returns to Uni soon, so mainly sole charge.
To keep a diary, plan meals, arrange playdates etc.
The nanny will have a room in the house and the family are happy to pay for a nice hotel room on your night off, so that you can have some personal space.
This role is 6 days a week, 12 hours a day and a night nanny is employed for nights, so you do not have responsibility at all throughout the night.
Please note that due to the nature of this little one’s needs, you do need to have some kind of medical background, or even working as a nursery nurse on a children’s ward. We cannot consider anyone who does not.
