Family in Walthamstow (E17) is looking for an experienced Italian-speaking nanny to care for their newborn. They also have a 3-year-old who attends nursery.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing full care for the newborn (nappy changes, bottle feeding, naps, age-appropriate stimulation)
Ensuring a safe, clean, and structured environment for the baby
Preparing and sterilising bottles, supporting the transition to solid foods
Establishing a consistent nap routine and daily structure
Organising developmentally appropriate activities
Promoting the baby’s emotional and physical development
Occasionally picking up the 3-year-old from nursery
Preparing simple and healthy meals for the children
Keeping children’s areas clean and organised
The nanny will primarily be responsible for the baby but may occasionally need to pick up the older child from nursery at 5pm, although the mother usually takes care of this.
This is a part-time live-out position. The Nanny will work 3 days/week, from 9am to 6pm.
Start date: April 2025
Salary: £20 gross per hour
