We are seeking two experienced and highly motivated Rota Nannies to join a warm and dynamic family based in Sotogrande, Spain. This role involves caring for four children on a shared-care basis, aged between 3 and 12 years old, on 14 days on/14 days off schedule. The ideal candidates will be proactive, energetic, and passionate about childcare, with a strong emphasis on education and creative development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children.
Safely transport children to and from school, after-school activities, and appointments.
Plan, organise, and supervise extracurricular activities, including sports, music lessons, and playdates.
Help children with homework and school projects
Accompany the family on domestic and international trips, ensuring the children’s routines are maintained.
Manage children’s wardrobes, organising clothing.
Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
Nursery duties related to the children’s areas, ensuring a tidy and organised environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Childcare-related qualification is essential; Montessori training is highly desirable.
Must be able to swim and supervise children during swimming activities.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is a bonus.
Work well in a team environment with other household staff.
