Family in Malibu is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist to provide full-time, 24/7 support for their 3-month-old baby. The family values a calm, gentle approach and a health-conscious lifestyle. The family follows a responsive, attachment-based philosophy and is not interested in the “cry it out” method. They are looking for a professional who shares their nurturing, intuitive approach to infant care. You’ll provide comprehensive care around the clock (with scheduled rest breaks) and sleep in the same room as the baby to offer seamless overnight support. The ideal candidate is a seasoned NCS with at least 7+ years of professional infant care experience. This role requires someone confident, proactive, and organized—able to anticipate needs, offer expert guidance, and ensure a peaceful, supportive environment for both baby and parents. Valid passport preferred for possible travel
Duration: 8–10 weeks, with potential for extension or travel
