A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced and nurturing French-speaking nanny to care for their two young children aged 2 years and 4 months. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, shared-care environment, as the parents are hands-on. The family is looking for a flexible and supportive nanny who is happy to follow the mother’s lead and routines while creating a calm, engaging, and development-focused environment for the children.
The position involves supporting the parents with daily childcare, including speaking French with the children to encourage bilingual language development, preparing healthy meals and snacks, and organising age-appropriate activities and play. Responsibilities also include children’s laundry and ironing, maintaining tidy and organised children’s areas, and supporting consistent routines for both children. As the family employs a housekeeper, the role is focused primarily on childcare and child-related duties. The nanny should also be comfortable travelling internationally with the family, including trips to the U.S., Europe, and the UAE.
This is a full-time, live-out position, working 4 or 5 days per week (typically weekdays), with occasional weekend flexibility required. The family is offering £21–£23 gross per hour DOE.
