A Russian family travelling to their residence in Limassol, Cyprus, is seeking an experienced temporary nanny to care for their two daughters, aged 4 and 2. The family is looking for a nanny with native-level English who can introduce the children to the language naturally through play, conversation, and everyday interactions. Their ideal nanny is a creative and energetic childcare professional who enjoys planning educational activities and making language learning fun and engaging. The successful candidate will work alongside the family’s existing Russian nanny to ensure the children receive attentive, high-quality care.
The role will involve organising age-appropriate educational games and activities, encouraging English language development through songs, stories, arts and crafts, and outdoor play, while supporting the children’s daily routines. As the family will spend plenty of time by the pool and at the beach, the nanny must be a confident swimmer and comfortable supervising and swimming with young children. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, and enjoy working as part of a team in a fully staffed household.
This is a temporary live-in position, with accommodation and return flights to Cyprus provided by the family. The contract runs from 1st August to mid-September, and the schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. The position offers a competitive salary of €1,000–€1,250 per week, depending on experience. Applicants must be self-employed and available for the full duration of the contract.
