A private family in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny to join a growing childcare team supporting a toddler and infant. This role is ideal for a flexible, education-minded nanny who thrives in a dynamic, travel-heavy environment and values structure, professionalism, and collaboration.
About the Role
- Full-time ROTA position supporting two young children (toddler + infant)
- Primary focus on child development, routines, and age-appropriate learning
- Lead structured activities and educational play, particularly for the toddler
- Travel with the family as needed across multiple residences
- Parents are hands-on and often nearby, but nanny must be confident working independently
- Occasional overnight care may be required
Schedule & Structure
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
- Approximately 10-hour shifts during working weeks
- Flexibility required due to frequent travel and evolving schedules
- Live-out role; candidates should maintain their own residence
Ideal Candidate
- Significant experience caring for both toddlers and infants
- Background in education, preschool, or teaching strongly preferred
- Calm, professional, and highly adaptable
- Comfortable with frequent travel and non-traditional schedules
- Proactive, organized, and able to take initiative
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
