Our private clients based in Chelsea are looking for a French or Polish speaking Governess to help with their three children aged 8, 5, and 3.5-years-old.
This will be a busy role supporting the health, well-being, and happiness of the children, and will involve a tag-team approach to care, as Mum works from home.
Candidates will be responsible for:
Supporting the children with their homework
Helping with preparation for future tests (11+)
Helping their youngest child get ready for school and the workload that is likely to come with that
Keeping the children’s areas tidy and organised
Making sure uniforms etc. are ready for the next day
Scheduling playdates and activities
Light cooking for the children
Nurturing their curiosity and creativity, and generally being a wonderful, calming but positive influence in their lives
The governess should expect regular domestic and international travel during the school holidays.
The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 12pm-8pm, with some extra weekend hours required when one of the parents is travelling.
