Family in the Cayman Islands is seeking a knowledgeable and development-focused Nanny to support their 6-month old baby’s growth and milestones in a calm, nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with infants and a genuine passion for Montessori principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Create age-appropriate Montessori activities to support development
Establish and maintain healthy routines (feeding, naps, playtime)
Observe and track developmental progress
Prepare organic meals for the child only
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
Work collaboratively with parents and household staff
Occasionally work on Saturdays when needed
Must be a UK passport holder.
This is a Monday to Friday position, 45 hours per week.
