We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and nurturing live-in nanny/governess for a European family based in Cancún, Mexico. The position is full-time and includes frequent international travel (Europe, USA, and beyond). The role centers on caring for a 4-year-old boy and supporting his emotional and intellectual development. The ideal candidate is a native English speaker with fluent Spanish, at least 3 years of experience in similar roles, and a background in early childhood education or Montessori. A calm, emotionally intelligent, and professional presence is essential. Flexibility and a valid passport are required. Responsibilities include daily routines (meals, hygiene, bedtime), planning enriching activities, light nursery duties, and traveling with the family. Familiarity with etiquette and respectful discipline is a strong advantage. A valid driver’s license is a plus. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 12 hours/day. Salary is $3,000–$4,000 USD/month.
