Native French-Speaking Live-In Nanny (Full-Time) – Athens, Greece
We are a warm, dynamic international family based in Athens seeking an experienced, proactive, reliable, and nurturing native French-speaking nanny to care for our three daughters – twins aged 10.5 and a teenager aged 16.5.
This is a full-time live-in position within a fully staffed household with high standards. We are looking for someone sporty, bubbly, organised, and outdoorsy, with a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with children.
The family travels frequently during school holidays (including summers in the Greek islands), so flexibility and a love of travel are essential. A confident swimmer is also required.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising and supporting the twins in their daily routine
Assisting with homework and school organisation
Keeping the children organised (clothing, school items, packing for trips)
Accompanying them to and from school, lessons, and extracurricular activities
Travelling with the family as needed
Encouraging independence, responsibility, and neatness
Supporting and maintaining the children’s French language skills through daily conversation
Working closely with parents to support the children’s development
Candidate Requirements
Native French speaker (essential)
Proven experience in a similar nanny or childcare role
Energetic, positive, and proactive personality
Organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Sporty and enjoys outdoor activities
Flexible and happy to travel frequently
Confident swimmer
Professional, discreet, and reliable
Eligibility to Work in Greece
Must hold a valid EU passport or already have the legal right to live and work in Greece
