A family in South Beach, Miami is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist to provide expert overnight care for their newborn during the first few months after birth. The ideal candidate has extensive newborn experience and is confident supporting healthy sleep habits while providing calm, attentive care throughout the night. Responsibilities include all aspects of newborn care, such as feeding, diaper changes, soothing, settling the baby back to sleep, monitoring routines, supporting the family’s preferred feeding plan, and maintaining a clean, organized nursery. The family is looking for a knowledgeable, discreet, and dependable professional who can offer reassurance and guidance while creating a peaceful overnight environment.
This is a temporary assignment lasting 12 to 14 weeks, beginning in September. The schedule is 5 to 6 overnight per week (12 hours shifts). Compensation is $40+/hr.
