A first-time family in Cave Creek, AZ is seeking a Certified Overnight Newborn Care Specialist to provide expert overnight support during the first months with their baby. The family is looking for a calm, experienced professional who can deliver exceptional newborn care while giving the parents the opportunity to rest with confidence. The ideal candidate has extensive newborn experience, understands infant feeding and sleep, and can offer reassurance and practical guidance as the family adjusts to life with their first child. Responsibilities include all aspects of overnight newborn care, including feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, monitoring the baby’s well-being, maintaining a safe sleep environment, and helping establish healthy sleep foundations. This is a temporary two-month contract beginning in early October. The schedule is 3 to 4 nights per week (10-hour overnight shifts).
