A family from Qatar traveling to La Croix-Valmer is seeking an energetic and experienced temporary live-in nanny to join their household for a four-week assignment beginning August 1, 2026. The role involves shared care of four girls, ages 6 to 12, alongside the family’s existing nannies. The children speak intermediate French, and the family would love to find a nanny who can help strengthen their language skills through natural daily conversations, educational activities, and engaging play. The ideal candidate is creative, active, and confident planning a variety of fun outings, age-appropriate learning experiences, and outdoor activities that keep the children engaged throughout the summer. A strong swimmer is essential, as the nanny will help supervise the children during time at the pool and beach while ensuring their safety at all times. Fluent English is also required to communicate effectively with the family’s nannies and household staff. The family will provide a separate hotel room for the nanny, and will arrange daily transportation between the accommodation and the family’s residence. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in the South of France, and applications from overseas candidates will not be considered. This is a self-employed position offering a minimum of eight hours per day, with a schedule of five or six days per week. If working five days, the days off will not be consecutive. The salary starts at €25+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
