A family based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, is seeking an experienced Night Maternity Nurse to provide practical and supportive overnight care following the arrival of their new baby. With a toddler already in the household, the parents are particularly keen to ensure they are well-rested during the day and are looking for a professional who can confidently manage newborn care throughout the night while respecting and following the family’s preferred routines and parenting approach. The role will involve offering reassurance and hands-on support during the early weeks, assisting with feeding, settling, and all aspects of overnight newborn care, while helping the family establish healthy routines in a calm and supportive manner. The ideal candidate will be experienced, discreet, nurturing, and able to adapt to the individual needs of the family while providing expert guidance when appropriate. This position is for four nights per week over a two-month period, commencing in November. Salary is £20–£25 gross per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
