First time parents are looking for a Mandarin Speaking Newborn Care Specialist who can begin working for them beginning Late October 2025. They are looking for a NCS who can commit for 3-months.
Requirements:
– Proficient in newborn feeding techniques (breastfeeding/formulated feeding, burping to prevent spit-up)
– Proficient in bathing, massage, umbilical cord care, and bottom cleaning
– Ability to coax infants to sleep and cultivate a regular sleep schedule
– Ability to observe infants’ urination and defecation patterns, jaundice changes, body temperature, and mental state
– Identify abnormal symptoms (such as diarrhea, fever, eczema) and provide timely feedback
– Be familiar with initial response measures for common infant and toddler illnesses (such as colds and constipation)
– Clearly record the infant’s daily diet, sleep, and bowel movements
– Communicate with parents about care plans and provide guidance on scientific parenting methods
