A family in Portland, Oregon is seeking to hire a nurturing and professional bilingual nanny to serve as both a private early educator and caretaker to their two children, ages 1 and 2.
They are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible and passionate about child development. As an early educator, the nanny will have an understanding of developmentally appropriate activities and stimulate learning through independent play, reading, creative arts, music and outdoor exploration. The family also seeks full Spanish-speaking immersion to support the children’s language development.
Additional responsibilities may include light housekeeping and child maintenance (laundry, organization, bathing and meal prep).
The ideal candidate will have a background in teaching as a pre-school or elementary guide.
