Family based in the Cayman Islands is seeking a warm, intuitive, and highly flexible full-time Nanny to care for their one-year-old daughter. This is a live-out opportunity which includes a generous housing stipend. The family is laid-back, with both parents working from home. The nanny will know when to step in to assist and when to step away, using common sense and emotional intelligence. The home is fully staffed, so responsibilities are child-focused only. French-speaking is a strong plus; prior experience on the island is highly desirable. Must be passport-ready and able to travel internationally if requested.
Responsibilities:
Provide nurturing, attentive care to a one-year-old girl, supporting her developmental milestones with age-appropriate activities
Maintain a consistent daily routine including naps, meals, and structured play
Prepare and serve simple, nutritious meals and snacks for the baby
Handle packing and unpacking for the child when traveling
Maintain a clean and organized environment for the child
Coordinate with parents and household staff to ensure seamless support
Be available on an on-call basis 5 days per week, with flexibility around scheduling changes
Travel-readiness as needed; occasional travel may be requested
Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
Schedule: 5 days per week with on-call availability
Compensation: $110k to $140k+ depending on experience
