We are seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive full-time nanny for a busy family based in Brookline, MA, caring for three children aged 1 to 6. The two eldest children attend school, so the role involves a mix of sole-charge care for the youngest and after-school support. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, and confident managing multiple schedules while fostering a nurturing and structured environment.
Key responsibilities include coordinating daily routines, managing school drop-offs and pickups, and organising extracurricular activities and playdates. The nanny will support educational development through engaging, age-appropriate activities, while also handling meal preparation, children’s laundry, light tidying, and running errands. A highly organised approach is essential, as you will be responsible for proactively managing and maintaining the children’s calendars and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics.
Candidates should have prior experience with multiple children, excellent references, and strong communication skills. Flexibility is important, as travel with the family is required during the summer months.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm and offers up to $35 per hour DOE.
