BROOKLINE, MA – Family just outside of Boston is seeking a developmentally-minded full-time nanny to support their two boys, ages 4.5 years and 1.5 years. Mom works from home approximately 3.5 days per week and is mindful of maintaining healthy boundaries while remaining collaborative and supportive.
Responsibilities:

- Provide warm, age-appropriate care for both children
- Support daily routines, naps, meals, and transitions
- Engage children in enriching play and developmentally appropriate activities
- Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children
- Support potty routines and cloth diapering
- Kitchen tidying and cleanup after meals
- Cloth diaper laundry
- Basic meal prep
- Standard home tidying and organization related to the children
- Occasional weekend or date-night hours (optional, not required)

Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:00pm
Compensation:$32–$34/hour, depending on experience
