We are seeking a professional nanny in Saint Paul, Minnesota with a strong background in early childhood education to provide full-time, childcare-focused support for a young family. The ideal candidate is experienced, nurturing, and knowledgeable about early developmental milestones. This role emphasizes creating a structured, engaging, and safe environment that promotes growth, learning, and social-emotional development for children in their formative years.
Responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines
- Planning and facilitating age-appropriate educational and developmental activities
- Encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play and interaction
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized space for the children
- Observing and supporting developmental milestones
- Communicating regularly with parents regarding progress, routines, and needs
- Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment throughout the day
This is a Monday to Friday position, working 50 hours per week.
Compensation is $30+ per hour
