A tech family in San Francisco, California is seeking a warm and engaging Mandarin-speaking nanny to care for their baby boy, who will be 3–4 months old at the start of the position in June 2026. They are looking for a long-term nanny who enjoys being deeply involved in a child’s early development and bilingual language learning.
The nanny will provide attentive infant care, including feeding, diapering, and managing naps while maintaining consistent daily routines and supporting early developmental milestones. Responsibilities also include reading, singing, and providing language-rich interaction, along with planning age-appropriate activities that encourage motor development and exploration. The family prioritizes daily outdoor time, such as walks to parks and playgrounds, and would love a nanny who can arrange playdates and social opportunities as the child grows.
Fluency in Mandarin and Anglais is required, with the nanny speaking Mandarin with the child during the day to support a natural bilingual environment. Additional tasks include tidying child-related areas, warming simple meals or snacks, loading bottles or dishes, and organizing toys and activity spaces.
