A private family in Denver, Colorado is seeking an experienced career nanny or Newborn Care Specialist to provide exceptional care for their newborn baby. This is a full-time position averaging approximately 50 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional travel, date nights, and limited weekend support when needed. The family is looking for a highly professional, calm, and organized candidate who is confident supporting newborn schedules, feeding transitions, sleep routines, and early developmental milestones in a thoughtful and attentive way.
Responsibilities include full newborn and infant care, maintaining feeding and nap schedules, bottle preparation and sterilization, nursery organization, baby laundry, and ensuring all child-related spaces remain clean and sanitary. The nanny will initially shadow the family’s current Newborn Care Specialist to learn household systems and routines, helping create a seamless transition into the role. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys infant development and will actively support tummy time, walks, age-appropriate engagement, and healthy developmental progress while maintaining hygiene-conscious practices throughout the home.
The position also includes domestic and international travel with the family approximately 4–5 times per year. Live-in accommodations are available on the family’s private property, either in a separate residence located nearby or within a guest home. Relocation assistance and housing may also be provided for the right long-term fit following a successful paid trial period. Compensation starts around $130,000–$140,000+ depending on experience and background.
