Family in Short Hills, NJ is seeking an experienced and energetic Manny to care for their three boys, aged 5, 9, and 11. The children are passionate about sports and involved in various extracurricular activities such as basketball, baseball, and soccer. The ideal candidate will be sporty, fun, and proactive, with a genuine passion for working with children.
Responsibilities:
After-school care and supervision
Preparing healthy and child-friendly dinners
Supporting the children’s routines and homework
Driving the children to and from sports practices, events, and playdates
Engaging in active outdoor play and age-appropriate games
Encouraging good manners, responsibility, and positive behavior
Occasional weekend support for sports tournaments
Light household duties related to the children (e.g., tidying up play areas, packing sports gear)
Becoming a positive male role model and valued member of the family
You will work Monday to Friday, 30+ hours per week
Pay is $40 per hour
Start date: September 2025
