Family in Sherborn MA is looking for a live-in Nanny to support the care and development of their three children aged 2, 3 and 6 years old. The primary focus of this role is on general childcare, including creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment filled with age-appropriate activities. The Nanny will manage children’s schedules, drive them to and from activities and appointments, prepare their dinners, and stay attentive to clothing and school needs. Additional duties include overseeing the children’s laundry, ensuring household and childcare supplies are well-stocked, and managing grocery lists and errands as needed. The family employs a Housekeeper three days a week, so no deep cleaning is required. The ideal candidate is a true self-starter who brings a positive attitude and is always ready to pitch in where needed. They should be organized, reliable, and genuinely enjoy working with children, taking initiative in planning enriching experiences. A long-term commitment is strongly preferred, as the family is seeking someone who will grow with them and become a trusted and valued presence in their household for years to come!
Driver’s license is required. The family will provide a car to use during working hours.
