Newborn Care Specialist needed for Bay Village first-time parents who recently welcomed their twins, born at 29 weeks gestational age. Although they are technically 5 days old, these resilient little ones need the care and expertise of a preemie-savvy NCS. The position begins ASAP, with hours from 10 pm to 8 am, Sunday through Thursday, for the next 12 weeks.
Key responsibilities include providing dependable care, offering guidance around developmental milestones, preparing and sterilizing bottles, doing baby laundry, keeping the nursery clean and organized, and maintaining a detailed log of the babies’ eating, sleeping, and diapering habits.
The family is offering up to $45/hr.
