High profile family in Key Biscayne, FL is seeking a long term full-time live-out nanny to care for their 2 children (2 yr old and 3 yr old). The ideal candidate will be warm, energetic, easy going, flexible, a self-starter, can read the room, has a growth mindset, is willing to learn and read new materials, and someone looking to grow a long-lasting relationship with the family who can remain discreet. A plus if someone has Montessori training. Job responsibilities include all hygiene and care related needs for the children, create weekly engaging/stimulating indoor/outdoor activities, prepare healthy food and snacks for the family, light housekeeping and organization, drive the children, etc. Children are to have no screen time. Candidate must be flexible to travel with the family for 3 months in the Summer and other occasional travel. Must have a valid passport, a valid driver’s license, and clean driving record. Must be vaccinated for Covid-19. Schedule: Monday – Friday 7 am – 5 pm with flexibility. Salary: $DOE, Health insurance, 2 weeks of PTO, and 5 paid sick/personal days.
