A family located in Doha is looking for a Governess to join their home and support their two children who attend a British school in Doha. The family are looking for someone who has a teaching background and can support the children following the British curriculum.
This is a fully staffed household so they are looking for someone who can work with other staff members. Although the family are looking for someone who is discreet, they would like to find someone who loves to nurture children, watch them flourish and provides them with love and warmth.
General duties:
- Taking the children to extra curriculum activities
- Supporting the children with homework and reading
- Organising/researching trips and activities for the children when travelling abroad
- Liaising with housekeepers to ensure the children’s bedrooms are tidy and their laundry in done
- Planning meals for the children and liaising this back to the chef
- Travelling with the family – Europe, America and worldwide
Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom
Schedule : 6 days a week, School term – 2pm to 8:30pm and holidays 11/12 hour days
Salary : £1,200 – £1,400 net per week DOE
