- Expect the nanny to clean up the parents’ dishes and messes when they clean up the children’s
- Expect the nanny to throw your laundry in with your children’s laundry
- Expect the nanny to take vacations when it is convenient for the parents
- Expect the nanny to advance money for daily expenses with the children.
- Expect the nanny to find a replacement when they are sick or on leave
A lot of parents think it’s okay to expect these things from the nanny when it’s just unacceptable.
Nannies, don’t feel bad about saying no to these things, you don’t have to agree to them!
