☆ Always keep it simple
Your nanny resume doesn’t need a crazy layout, in fact 2-column or overly fancy layouts can make it harder for ATSs to read your resume and find the keywords they’re looking for!

☆ Don’t talk about yourself in the third person
When you go to interviews and are asked questions, you don’t answer by talking about yourself in the third person because that would be ridiculous… on your CV it’s the same thing.

☆ Avoid writing “References available upon request” at the end of your resume
This is outdated and takes up valuable space for nothing. Additionally, your references should not be made available upon request but only if you are actually offered a position.
