A down-to-earth high-net-worth family based in Zurich, Switzerland is looking for a live-in nanny to care for their two young children, aged 2 and 4. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys being part of family life, someone calm, organised, and naturally proactive. The parents are busy but very involved, and they’re hoping to find someone who can slot in seamlessly, offering both practical support and a steady, reassuring presence for the children.
Day to day, you’ll be helping to keep things running smoothly—supporting the morning routine, preparing simple, healthy meals, and ensuring the children feel secure, happy, and engaged. There’s some travel involved throughout the year, so flexibility and a positive attitude are key. The role is 5 days per week, around 40 hours, with occasional weekend support required (paid as overtime).
Key Responsibilities:
Getting the children up, dressed, and ready for the day
Preparing healthy, balanced meals and snacks
Taking the children to and from school/nursery
Supporting daily routines and creating a calm, structured environment
Travelling with the family when required
Being a reliable, consistent presence for both the children and parents
The position includes private accommodation within the family home and offers a salary starting from £4,500+ per month.
