A private family based in Zurich is seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori Nanny to care for their toddler. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering full nanny responsibilities, including preparing nutritious, balanced meals and maintaining a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for the child. A strong emphasis is placed on supporting early development through Montessori principles, encouraging independence, curiosity, and age-appropriate learning through daily interaction and play. Managing consistent routines and providing stability will be key aspects of the role.
This position also involves frequent travel with the family, offering continuity of care across multiple locations. The nanny will work closely with a wider household team, including private chefs, housekeepers, and drivers, ensuring smooth coordination and consistency in the child’s daily life. A proactive, collaborative approach and previous experience in similar high-standard households are highly valued.
This is a live-out position. The role comes with provided accommodation close to the family home, as well as support during international travel. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys working in a well-structured, international household environment. The annual compensation starts from CHF 90,000, depending on experience.
