A family in Yaletown, Vancouver is seeking an experienced nanny with strong expertise in newborn and infant care. This is a full-time, long-term position ideal for a calm, confident, and attentive professional who is highly experienced in supporting early infant development and establishing healthy routines from the newborn stage. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, reliable, and comfortable working in a dynamic household with regular travel requirements.
Responsibilities include all aspects of newborn and infant care, such as feeding, sleep routines, diapering, and supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate interaction and engagement. The nanny will maintain a consistent daily schedule, ensure a safe and stimulating environment, and take responsibility for all child-related tasks including keeping nursery spaces organised and managing baby-related items. A proactive and detail-oriented approach is essential, particularly when travelling with the family on a regular basis.
The position is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with travel required throughout the year. The role offers $35 per hour.
