A professional family based in Woodside is seeking an exceptional live-out nanny to provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally focused care for their baby.

Both parents have demanding careers and are looking for someone extremely reliable, proactive, and confident in managing all aspects of the child’s daily routine and development.

Responsibilities
Providing warm, loving, and attentive care for the baby at all times
Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that support physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
Creating engaging daily schedules including outings, walks, library visits, playground trips, and playdates
Encouraging developmental milestones and maintaining awareness of upcoming stages and transitions from infancy into toddlerhood
Transporting the child to activities and outings by foot or using the family-provided nanny vehicle
Coordinating naps, meals, activities, and occasional domestic travel arrangements
Preparing light meals and snacks for the child
Handling child-related laundry and nursery duties
Maintaining the cleanliness, tidiness, and organisation of the nursery and child’s belongings
Restocking baby essentials such as diapers, wipes, and supplies
Keeping the child’s wellbeing and development as the primary focus at all times
Ideal Candidate
Highly reliable and punctual with excellent professional references
Strong infant and toddler experience with a clear understanding of developmental milestones and ages/stages
Comfortable working independently in a sole-charge environment
Proactive, engaging, and naturally nurturing
Tech savvy and confident using apps such as Baby Connect and shared calendars
Comfortable around a small friendly dog
Water safe and confident around homes with pools
A second language is a plus, though not required
Driver’s license preferred but not essential
Requirements
Legal to work in the United States
Trustline registered, or willing to become registered
Willing to follow American Academy of Pediatrics vaccination guidelines
Already local to, or within commuting distance of, Woodside
Schedule & Compensation
Monday through Friday
Approximately 50 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours when needed
Live-out position
Competitive salary of $45–$50 per hour plus applicable overtime
