A family in Woodside, California is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking ROTA Nanny to care for their infant. This is a premium opportunity for a developmentally knowledgeable childcare professional who brings thoughtful intention to planning enriching, age-appropriate experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in infant and toddler development, a calm and attentive approach, and the ability to provide consistent, high-level care within a structured rota schedule.
Responsibilities include providing 24/7 attentive care during rotational weeks, planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, and fostering strong Spanish language development through natural immersion. The nanny will support feeding routines, including the introduction of solids, maintain consistent sleep and daily schedules, and ensure safety at all times. Additional duties include managing the child’s laundry, maintaining a clean and organised nursery and play areas, proactively restocking baby supplies, and assisting with light child-related tidying. The family travels frequently both domestically and internationally, so the nanny must be passport-ready and comfortable maintaining routines while traveling.
This position operates on a 1 week on / 1 week off 24/7 rota schedule and is open to local candidates only (no fly-in/fly-out). The family is offering a competitive salary of $130,000–$150,000 per year, plus a full benefits package.
