Full-Time Nanny – Winter Park, FL (Near Orlando) – 3 Young Children
A warm and professional family in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced Full-Time Nanny to care for their three young children, ages 5, 3, and 1. This role involves both sole-charge and shared care with the mother, with days centered around enriching activities, outings, and consistent routines that support the children’s growth and development.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, nurturing, and organised, with a strong focus on child development, structure, and manners. The role does not include general housekeeping or family laundry, allowing the nanny to dedicate full attention to the children.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, high-quality care for three young children (5, 3, 1)
Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging activities and outings
Support consistent routines, behaviour guidance, and manners
Prepare healthy children’s lunches
Assist with school drop-offs and pick-ups as needed
Maintain organized play and personal areas for the children
Collaborate with the mother to ensure seamless, structured care
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience caring for multiple young children simultaneously
Knowledge of early childhood development, behavior guidance, and structured routines
Energetic, proactive, and nurturing approach
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional evenings or weekends
Based in or willing to relocate to Winter Park / Orlando area
Compensation & Benefits
$5,000/month salary
$2,000/month housing/medical stipend
Three weeks of paid time off
